Soft Play High Level System Cleaning Services
High level system cleaning should play a vital role in any indoor soft play area’s cleaning schedule and ideally, carried out every 4-6 months. High level cleaning prevents parents seeing built up dust and debris on the netting and tops of tunnels etc. High level cleaning is a hazardous process and all of our fully-trained staff have the knowledge to make this part of the clean as efficient as possible. We use back vacs to avoid the re-spreading of dust and so that we can reach all areas of the play frame. All vinyl surfaces are cleaned down afterwards with an antibacterial solution.
We highly recommend this process taking place outside of regular business hours. For any soft play operation this is crucial to prevent revenue loss and to minimise disruption for your customers.
All products used for cleaning are safe and anti-bacterial. The importance of bacterial removal is paramount to having a clean play environment. In the age of social media, don’t let your business be the topic of conversation for the wrong reasons. PAHS “keeps kids fun clean”.
We offer two levels of cleaning services with add-on services: high level cleaning or full-service cleaning.
The majority of soft play centres are cleaned on a regular basis by their staff for those low level, easy to reach areas such as floor pads and side panels. Where our services become essential is when your staff are unable to reach those difficult or high, out of reach frame areas.
High Level System Cleaning
This level of service is ideal for those play centres which are able to do the day to day cleaning themselves for the low-level areas. A high-level system clean involves cleaning the outside of the play frame, including netting, tunnels and slides which is usually above head height and therefore can be tricky to reach. We also sanitise all tunnels, slides and inaccessible areas on the outside for hygiene and to give a lovely shine. The top of the frame and tunnels are vacuumed using a portable back vac which allows for ease of movement and to reach enclosed or awkward areas. When the job is complete, we provide a hygienically-cleaned certificate which can be displayed for your customers’ peace of mind.
Full System Cleaning
This is the most thorough clean possible and includes all of the services above but in addition to this, we also clean and sanitise the inside of the frame to include all netting, tunnels, slides and poles. We also clean all floor pads including the cracks and vacuum under the pads. Again, we provide a laminated certificate for displaying for your customers.
Ball Pool Cleaning
Please make us aware if your centre has a ball pool as it requires specialised equipment and it can be a labour-intensive cleaning process so we need to allow sufficient time for a thorough clean.
All of the balls are removed and put through out sanitising ball cleaning machine. The padded flooring or carpeting of the ball pool area is vacuumed and sanitised. We also remove any debris which can be found lurking in these areas such as dummies, sweets, plasters, toys etc.
To save on time and cost, we can also carry out a maintenance inspection at the same time to ensure your centre is in tip top condition. We can repair tears in vinyl, replace tunnels, slides and netting and install vinyl siding with zippers so your staff can reach those difficult areas themselves.
Commercial Carpet and Hard Floor Cleaning
All carpeting and hard flooring should be machine cleaned regularly to avoid slippage on food stuffs and a build-up of odour, grease, dirt and soiling. The floors are left dry with only a residual mopping required afterwards. A floor polish application allows for a protection over the surface.
